The Vision Read API v3.0 provides a valuable confidence score and teh Vision Read Container for on-prem deployment are two separate options in Azure today.

The on-prem container is vital if we have to execute projects with our customers who do not want to send their documents to the public cloud API.

At the same time the confidence score associated to each text region extrcated from a input page is critical to complete the Customer use-case around digitization.

Please upgrade the Vision Read Container from v2.0 to v3.0 so that we can get thd confidence score in on-prem deployments on the Azure Vision API.

    Hello @John Kuriakose

Thanks for the feedback. The containers feature for computer vision is currently in preview and there will be more updates added to this feature. We shall communicate this feedback to our product team so they can provide the same version of API through web and on-premise in future releases for the container.
