Hi All,
We have installed SCOM 2019. We need to access Web Console using HTTPS. We have referred the below link. Please let us if can we go ahead with the below link or is there any other steps which needs to be followed. if yes, please help us with the steps/link.

No, SCOM 2019 web console is different.
It's actually simpler : add the certificate to IIS bindings and that's it.
