Does Azure VMware solution uses datacenter bridging? and RoCE

Question

Would like to know if the Azure VMware solution (AV36) communicates with the switch using datacenter bridging and if the communication supports RoCE (RDMA over Converged Ethernet).

@Enzo Fedrizzi Apologies for the delay in response and all the inconvenience caused because of the issue.

I had discussion internally and below is the response from our internal team:

While DCB and RoCE are probably applied in one form or the other, we won’t be able to share the details with the customers, as it pertains to security of the service. If the customer does need to know and this is blocking their AVS adoption, they would need to engage with their Microsoft representative for formal engagement, so we can address it in appropriate channels.
