Multi-app kiosk Android Galaxy Tab

Hi all,

Does anyone have any experience with Galaxy Tabs? I am working on a small project where I need to deploy about 100 tablets to act as multi-app kiosks. I have everything set up in Google Zero Touch, an enrollment profile, a dynamic device group with device.enrollmentProfileName expression, Google Store apps, and a configuration profile with dedicated device and Multi-app set as Kiosk mode.

From what I can see, everything is working. The device connects to zero touch, pings Intune, and registers itself. But that's it, it doesn't pull the applications and doesn't set itself into Kiosk mode. Deployment status is "Pending". The device is listed as being a member of the group, and managed apps all show "Waiting for install status". Additionally, the device itself isn't manageable, meaning the remote lock and restart commands are stuck at Pending.

I'm not new to Intune, but I am new to both dynamic device groups and kiosk mode. If anyone has any insight on what to look for I would really grateful.

    @erikhope Thanks for posting in our Q&A.

    For managed apps show "Waiting for install status", could you please check if the apps are listed in the Kiosk Mode app list? We can refer to this link.

    For Multi-app kiosk deployment status is "Pending", it is suggested to try to sync the android device in the company portal.
