private endpoint don't support postgresql database service

i follow bellow link to create private endpoint for my postgresql service

at step setting resource, after i choose my postgres service then it said "resource is not supported"

note:
i use free trial subscriptions for test
not like guideline separate step create vm and virtual network. I already create vm and virtual network is created follow

    Hi ,

    This feature is available in all Azure regions where Azure Database for PostgreSQL Single server supports General Purpose and Memory Optimized pricing tiers. Can you make sure you have deployed Postgre with Single server not Hyperscale server group ?

    If you have deployed your Postgre with single server and not using basic tier and still facing the issue, let me know.
