Basically, OneNote shifts things around automatically. I would like to know why because it is VERY frustrating. Thanks.

What's the meaning of shifts handwritten text? Did you mean mix the handwritten or text?

I have a Wacom tablet so that I can take notes digitally. Sometimes, while writing, OneNote will move something I've written around without me doing anything.
