Why I cannot create certification profile from my registered Virtual training program Email id?

Question

I have taken Azure virtual Fundamental training to have discount voucher for the exam. I have used my company email id to have that training but now I am not able to login through that id for my exam. Why so?

Will I lose my discount voucher now?

Please provide me some workaround to get that voucher.
