O365 tenant total usage

Hi,

We are considering backup options of O365, and for that reason I want to find out how much our services are currently occupied (mail, ondrive, sharepoint, teams) on microsoft - usage (in GB eve. TB), for whole tenant from beginning to this day.
Im looking in Admin Center - Reports - Usage, visualised in Power Bi, but here I see usage monthly and only one year ago.

If you set up Microsoft 365 usage analytics in Power BI, you can access a pre-built dashboard that provides a cross-product view of the last 12 months. If you want to overcome the 12-month limit then the best way is to periodically export the usage data to your data store or use any existing third party tool.

There are a number of third party auditing tools out there, though I can't speak to any of them specifically.
