Team- we have an Active Directory Windows network and W10 computers with Office 2019 installed- we do not use O365.

Many of our computers get the attached sign-in pop up and we don't know what it's for- I've uninstalled the O365 Office under the user's profile and they still get this pop-up. Our local domain credentials 87476-office-sign-in.pngdo not work with this pop-up so I assume it's for some online Office or other MS site?

    Hi,

In fact, this is not a network related question. Microsoft sign-in will always pop up when you use OneDrive, office 365 or open some Microsoft website which need Microsoft sign-in accounts.

Please first do a clean boot and check if Microsoft Sign-In still Pop Up, if not, then the Sign-In still Pop Up should related with your installed software.

For how to perform a clean boot in Windows 10, please refer to the following link:

    Best Regards,
