Since exchange server are getting attacked and MS releases new security updates so often, how can I register to get email alert if such security patch is released?

I don't see where to subscript to email option. How to make it send an email to me if it is updated?
I don't want to watch it every day. What I need is if there is a high urgent security update published, I can get an email alert. Is there such service?

Then you may gonna use the Inbox Rule to block the messages which subject doesn't contain "security" or "update".
