    Hello @AlwaysUtd21

Have you tried this solution :

    1. Run registry editor as Administrator and Navigate to the following location:
      HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Microsoft \ Windows NT \ CurrentVersion \ Windows
    2. Select Permissions and give Administrators Full control
    3. Delete the registry values if they exist: LegacyDefaultPrinterMode , IsMRUEstablished

(Ensure you make a backup of your registry and create a registry restore point)

    Best Regards
    Karlie

    thanks for the response,

Administrator is already having full control and I tried deleting those reg values, but still it is showing the same error.

This article helps fix the error 0x00000709 (Operation could not be completed). The error occurs when you use a CNAME record for a print server.
Add your CNAME to your host file with correct IP.

    Hi

Sorry about above answer all didn't help.
I see you have add all the needed registry values. I guess this issue would be more related with network.
Have you tried capture network trace and analysis it.

    Best Regards
    Karlie
