Hi All,

Windows 10 Machine Multihomed with SCOM 2012 & SCOM 2019.
Can we run MomAgent.msi on Windows 10 machine assuming it will update the currently installed SCOM 2012 R2 agent? should not have to uninstall the old-agent first right?

Then run the KB4558752-amd64-Agent.msp patch to update to UR2 patch level

Regards,
Kumar B

@kumaravelu , For SCOM 2012 and 2019 coexistence, it seems not supported.
    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/system-center/scom/deploy-upgrade-overview?view=sc-om-2019#supported-coexistence

After doing more research, I find although it is not supported, it works.

For your question, based as I know, we can upgrade the agent by installing the latest version. For the uninstall action, it will do automatically when we install the latest one. Here are the methods we can try the upgrading.

    Hope it can help.

    Hi @kumaravelu ,

Yes, you can. No matter the agent version it should still able to report to both Management Groups..
And yes, Crystal has a point about supportability (it is not oficially suported), but it works.
