How to access Microsoft Hyper-V Server 2019 and Windows Admin Center (Version 2103) from outside the LAN

I am currently running Microsoft Hyper-V Server 2019 with Windows Admin Center (Ver 2103) inside.
However, I would like to log into Windows Admin center on the go to create and connect virtual machines.
Therefore, I want to change the settings so that I can access it from outside my LAN, but I don't know where to make the changes.
VPN is not available, unfortunately, because I cannot access it properly from my home.
So, please let me know how I can connect to Windows Admin Center installed on Hyper-V Server from outside my LAN with https connection.

    Windows Admin Center directly over internet would not be possible without a VPN.
