Unable to Link Account

I am unable to claim my voucher because I keep getting an error message unable to complete account linkage.

And when I tried to update my email address in the certification profile I got an error message -50041: Sorry, we are having a service interruption and we are unable to complete your transaction. Please contact customer support.
