register with Pearson / schedule exam

Hello Microsoft Team,

in march i have completed the microsoft challenge (see link:
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/learn/certifications/microsoft-ignite-free-certification-exam-offer-march-2021

Afterwards i tried to to use the voucher in order to schedule the exam based on the link i got from you after the challenge

However i was not able to schedule the exam, since i got following error message
"We can’t access your Microsoft profile to schedule your exam. To resolve the issue, try these steps in this order and return to the exam page to schedule the exam:
Use Internet Explorer (version 9 or above) or Edge
Clear all cache and cookies
Use the InPrivate option in Internet Explorer or Edge
If the issue persists, you can contact Pearson VUE Support to schedule the exam. If you still need help, please click Ask a question on the Microsoft Certification Program support forum"

When got in contact with the user support they told me i need to get in contact with you by this form and ask for registration of my account for Pearson so that i can schedule the exam.

Can you please help me there

    Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with exam scheduling / vouchers in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)

    Hello Sir / mam I attended Virtual training Data Fundamentals on January 18th and February 22 and 23

    and i attended AI fundamentals also, i want to schedule the exam with free coupon but when i schedule exam it show to charge 124 Dollars extra, why should i pay for tha exam. please help me to schedule my Pearson VUC exam , i could not effort the money please help for schedule the exam both.

    Hi sir / Mam ,

                I registered DP100 Certification exam, i would like to Rescheduled my exam from 22nd-09 -2023 to 5-10-2023, please guide me to Reschedule my exam .I  have trying to do Reschedule  but i could no do. please reschedule my  DP100 certification Exam
