Hello Microsoft Team,
in march i have completed the microsoft challenge (see link:

Afterwards i tried to to use the voucher in order to schedule the exam based on the link i got from you after the challenge

However i was not able to schedule the exam, since i got following error message
"We can’t access your Microsoft profile to schedule your exam. To resolve the issue, try these steps in this order and return to the exam page to schedule the exam:
Use Internet Explorer (version 9 or above) or Edge
Clear all cache and cookies
Use the InPrivate option in Internet Explorer or Edge
If the issue persists, you can contact Pearson VUE Support to schedule the exam. If you still need help, please click Ask a question on the Microsoft Certification Program support forum"
When got in contact with the user support they told me i need to get in contact with you by this form and ask for registration of my account for Pearson so that i can schedule the exam.
Can you please help me there
