Problem with my Microsoft Teams account

I can't not enter in my account of Microsoft Teams to follow a virtual classroom. The system suggests me to ask for help to the amministrator of Microsoft Teams for problem like this one.

I have question, before I have create my own account free license personal, with email anita.gouw@bcdtravel.web.id
However my company decide to buy full license for me to use teams with MS Office 365, and now I have full license access with the same email address anita.gouw@bcdtravel.web.id and I have a problem now when I ask my organization to add me in their group again, they remove my old account add try to add again, but didn't work, seems to me that my old account (free license still there ) can you help me with this problem please ??
