Can you show the codes for Transaction and ProviderSvcTransactions? I have no problem if I don't add the serialize option.

Have you try to use NewtonsoftJson to do the serilization. services.AddRazorPages().AddNewtonsoftJson(option => option.SerializerSettings.ReferenceLoopHandling = Newtonsoft.Json.ReferenceLoopHandling.Ignore;});
