Test connection failed on run a flow built with power automate desktop

Hi

I'm in trouble with this error in Power automate while integrating flow with power automate desktop.

this error occurred, after i build a script at a power automate desktop and run with a flow to set a schedule.

error message it says : Test connection failed, Due to Service can't connect to CRL end point, request is not authorized. Rule of computer firewall may ban entering CRL or it is off lined.

How could i sort out this issue?

should i have to change some firewall rules?ㅠ.ㅠ
