This link is only available to internal users

Question

Hi,

My client shared one site with me as a guest in SP online with visitor permission

I could access the documents in the document library when going to site content.

But they set up a page that has some links pointing to some of the files from the same document library.

When I am trying to access the link om that page it is giving this error

"This link is only available to internal users"

It is very weird.

Can anyone please suggest?

Hi anonymous user ,

You could check how the link is set if you are using the copy link feature, please check people with existing access, it is people in ---- with the link by default:
