NAT server configuration in Windows 10 Pro environment?

I want to implement the router function through SW installation in Windows 10 Pro.

As a result of searching the Internet, there is a way to create a router through "Add role function" in "Windows Server" version, but in Windows 10, I can't find such a function.

Searching the Internet, it seems that you can use the Internet sharing function of Windows 10 to make it, but if there is another way to create a router with something like adding a role like Windows Server, please share it.

Here is the direction I want to build.

If you search the Internet, you can find a lot of ways to implement the NAT function between VMs in the Windows 10 server.

However, in addition to the Windows 10 server, it is trying to allocate a private IP to another server (Linux) physically and use the Windows server as a router.

As a result of my personal search, it seems that it is possible to implement the Windows 10 Internet sharing function, but if you can create a router function by installing a separate SW like the function of a Windows server, please recommend it.

The expected configuration is shown below.

    Hi,

Thanks for posting in Q&A platform.

Please understand, windows 10 client cannot be configured as a RRAS server even though with 2 NICs, windows client doesn't has route function.

The following 2 scenarios can achieve NAT configuration:

Setup Windows Server 2016 as a NAT Router

    Set up a NAT network

Hope my answer will help you.
