How can I access my old Marketplace Publishers after transferring emails?

I've recently transferred my associated email on my Microsoft Account and that required quite a few steps. However, it appears that while the Azure DevOps organization was transferred to me, I'm unable to access the Marketplace Publisher on the Marketplace Website. I honestly have no clue where it went, and I was wondering if it was possible to recover that publisher in any way or form.
