How to change my second screen resolution without connecting the second screen.

I use a LCD tv as my secondary screen. Now I changed my second screen resolution to 1360*768. Due to this my asus laptop flickers for 3-4 times and goes blank, it also freezes. So I am unable to change it back to 1920*1080 resolution. Whenever I connect the hdmi cable from my tv, this happens and I'm not sure how to get back to my previous setting.

    @Prem Sai
    Hi,
    It is possible there might be an issue with your adapter or cable connection. You could try nudging the cable to see if it works or change out the cable.

    Press Windows key + X
    Click Device Manager
    Expand Monitors

    Right click the monitor that keeps freezing
    Click uninstall

    Restart your computer then check if its working again properly.

    If you have another computer, you can try to connect and change it. I don’t think it can be changed when it is not connected.

    Nope, it doesn't help fix my issue. When I plug in that hdmi cable, both my monitor and tv goes blank, so there is no chance I can do those suggested options. I'm thinking to do the recovery. But I'm not sure if that works.

    Thanks anyway.

    And this problem is just with asus laptops, my friends acer predator is working fine. As I changed the resolution from asus, all the asus laptops goes blank if I connect to this tv. I just need to find a way to revert those second screen resolution to 1920*1080. Without connecting that TV. I tried connecting a projector and changing the second screen resolution, no luck when tried with TV after that.
