we are implementing end point management on our IOS devices. We can get them enrolled fine. Most of the setup was done by a prior employee.

There are some apps showing up in the comp portal, but others do not.

How do I get apps to show in the comp portal?

Thank you,

Steve Hathaway

@Hathaway, Stephen Thanks for your posting in our Q&A. From your description, I know that we have deployed apps on our IOS devices, but some of them not displayed in company portal. If there is any misunderstanding, please feel free to let us know.

For app deployment on iOS, I did some tests. I found that if we choose to assign the required app to the device group, the app will not displayed in company portal. But when assign the required app to user group, it can be displayed in the company portal.

Could you let us know if we deploy the app as required app? What kind of the group we grant the assignment, user group or device group? Have the apps been installed on the iOS devices?

If there’s anything unclear of the above information, feel free to let us know.
