Skype for business not detecting phone's cam and mic when using remote desktop 8 (Android)

I'm connecting to my workplace PC thru VPN, and remote desktop.

Everything works fine, except that when connecting with my Android tablet/phone, Skype doesn't recognize the camera and mic in the tablet.

I can hear other people, but cannot respond.

I'm not running Skype for business on my tablet. Everything is running on a remote PC that I'm connected to. So Skype for business is not installed on the tablet at all.

(I'm an using my private account with Skype on the tablet, and that works fine.)

The only issue here is that the Skype for business (running on my remotely connected PC, in some far distant part of the country) can detect the camera on my laptop at home, if the Remote Desktop application on my laptop is using the proper setup (you can manage distant camera and mic settings in the Remote Desktop app for Windows).

But if I'm using my tablet or phone to connect with my PC at work, the Remote Desktop 8 app for Android devices does not have such settings.

Is there anything I could do? Is this a remote desktop issue, or a Skype issue?

    There are two remote desktop apps in Google Play Store:
    Remote Desktop (latest version: 10.0.10.1129)
    Remote Desktop 8 (latest version: 8.1.81.435)

    So the one I was using (Remote Desktop 8) does not have a 10.0.8 version.

    I've downloaded the other app (Remote Desktop (latest version: 10.0.10.1129)), and it finally solved part of my problem. This app does indeed have a setting for remote microphone, so apparently this was not a bug in the other app, but a missing feature.
    Unfortunately this app does not have a touchscreen mode, or so far I haven' found it.

    But anyway, problem (partly) solved! Now I'm only waiting for the remote camera redirection feature.

    THX!!!!!

    @csaba bota 81 ,

    It recommends you update remote desktop 8 (Android) to the latest version.

    According to the official document, the microphone is supported from 10.0.8.
