Powershell change windows theme color

Hello.
How can i change with powerhsell "colors windosw"?
I'm tried find this in registry but i don't know where to search for it?
i maen:
88595-a.png
I want change with powershell this color to some else color. Do somebody know the path for this in registry?
Is there way have to do this?
