Does the cluster wizard support From 2008 R2 to 2012 R2?

In this document https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/failover-clustering/upgrade-option-same-hardware the graft shows that the wizard supports from 2008 R2 to 2012, but not 2012 R2. Can someone confirm if this is correct?

    1.Cluster in-place rolling upgrade only support on Server version upper Windows Server 2012 R2:

    2.Windows Server 2008R2 can upgrade to Windows Server 2012 R2 directly:
