- Is this caused by recently upgrades? If yes, you might remove the updates temporarily.
- Login as a new user profile and see if the problem persist ?
- Some general troubleshooting steps you may take:
- Select the Start button, and then select Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot, and then from the list select Windows Store apps > Run the troubleshooter;
- Reset the Microsoft Store cache. Press the Windows Logo Key + R to open the Run dialog box, type wsreset.exe, and then select OK;
- Settings > Applications > Applications and features > Click on Microsoft Store >Advanced Options > Repair and Reset ;
