Form region replaceall compose window horizontal scroll bar not displaying

Question

Hi, I have a replace-all form region for creating new emails in a new message window (OFS file) and I am having trouble with the horizontal scroll bar displaying. If I type horizontally past the size of the window, the scroll bar does not display. However if I resize the window a wee bit, the horizontal scroll bar appears. So my question is how to do get the horizonal scroll bar to display automatically? I have included the property pages for the message control and the form properties. Or is there a way to do it programatically with the from reigion interface. Regards, Tom
