Cannot recover my Microsoft authenticator account

Hello,

I've backed up my microsoft authenticator information in icloud before erasing data in my old phone. I've bought a new iphone but couldn't recover my microsoft authenticator account.

An error message says that "there is no backup stored in your iCloud account. Make sure that you're signed in to the same iCloud account you used to create a backup". I am 100% sure that my iCould account is the same account that I created the backup
