UWP toast notification display problem

I have a DesktopBridgeToUWP apps which reference by "Send a local toast notification from Win32 C++ WRL apps" to development toast notification on win 32 apps. It's work.

But when i use it on OS 19042 and install hotfix:KB5000802.
Sometimes it can be work succeed display toast notification sometimes not.

May i know it's correct and reason?

Yes, it can replicate on local machine

Have you tried to debug the part of sending notification in your app to see if the notification is sent correctly?

Yes, it return succeeded, but not display toast notification.

Could you please take a look at the action center? Click the button with a dialog icon on the right of the taskbar. It will show a panel on the right of your screen which will contain all the notifications. Then you could check if the notification is sent.

I checked. It not have any notifications.

Since you added a UWP tag for your question, I'd like to ask does this API works correctly in a UWP project? Also, another question is that have you tested this on other devices? Especially on those devices that did not install hotfix: KB5000802.

I am not try it on UWP API. And it work on not install hot fix: KB5000802.

Since you mentioned it works well without the hotfix-KB5000802, the issue seems to be more related to the hotfix, I'd suggest you submit feedback in the Feedback Hub about this. You could find it in the Start Menu.

There is no clear time about when the team could confirm and fix it. Please always check the official release note about windows update for the latest information about this.

Currently, you could uninstall the hotfix first.
