Firewall issue

Hi,
I currently adjust setup in Firewall and then the issue below arises. What port is leading to this problem?

This site can’t be reachedwww.my????.?? took too long to respond.
Try:

Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
Running Windows Network Diagnostics
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

Before we go further, may I know where did you find this error? The issue is we cannot reach site www.my?????? ?

After having applied rule to disable/block action from specific IP (which is doing improper activities there), then I got the issue in above.

Hi,
I do not block IP of my own domain. I only block other IPs having inappropriate access to my domain.
