EX2016 Database issue

the copy of database '' on this server appears to be experiencing performance issues, possibly as a result of storage failure. Consult the event log on the server for other storage and "ExchangeStoreDb" events for more specific information about the failure. Recovery was not attempted.

always pop up this meesgae then database switch DAG other exchange server and user report their outlook no response and hang , how to avoid this event have always happen? thanks.

    Based on the error message, I would suggest you try to move database to a new hard drive first.

    Use command below to check the health of your DAG first:

    Get-MailboxDatabaseCopyStatus  
    

    If this issue still exist, I would suggest confirm with Windows server team to check whether there exist a tool that could monitor the performance of your Windows server. You will know whether there exist any service occupied too much resource.

    Two things to be checked as the priority

    1. Check, if there is any issue in the storage system. Make sure that with necessary storage diagnostics tools etc.
    2. Any Anti Virus software has been used and check if the settings are correctly configured

    Also, try installing the latest CU, if it is not done already
