Is this possible in Azure AD B2C?

We are creating a new shop website, and we want to implement B2C for the authentication, but is it possible in B2C to have user roles and delegation?

For example, we have 2 user types, "Business" and "Distributors". In the custom admin section on the website we need the "Business" to be able to manage, create & delete their own "Distributors" and for the distributor to be associated to that Business. Is this possible with B2C, or is there another Microsoft solution more suitable for this?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi, I'm fairly new to this and at the moment I am just scoping the work out - so haven't got the knowledge to determine whether the solution you sent in the blog would be suitable. It seems that it handles role management, but unsure it would cover user delegation? Ideally we will need a business user to set up and manage their own distributors, is this possible?

@zoeeeej Sorry but Azure AD B2C does not support application specific roles. Also, there is not direct way of creating delegation based application and you need to use custom attributes in Azure Ad B2C where you can add a custom claim to your application and then you can check this claim in the authentication token of signup/signin userflow. You can use this claim to formulate the actions Business role can perform like managing, creating and deleting the distributors but you need to maintain the correlation between a particular Business to the distributors that it can manage at your end.
