Create a shared mailbox

I am having serious issues here. We use GoDaddy and paid for two Office 365 email plans. From what I understand, I can create a shares mailbox whereas outside users can email this address, and the messages get sent to the two paid email plans. We have tried many times to contact GoDaddy for help because our test emails are not being received by the two paid accounts.

    This is a question for GODaddy Support
    You could ask in the Exchange Online forum for assistance on message tracking and/or creation of shared mailboxes on the Office 365 side at least.
