MIM 2016 MIMWAL Simple Unique number

Hello Everyone,

i'd like to use mimwal to generate a unique number thats in the portal only
it's a just an in that start at 1000, and increments by one on every user creation

i've created complex mimwal workflows that add 1 to an account name by looking up AD, however i can't seem to make this simple one work

    This should be possible to do using MIMWAL.
    Could you please show us your current MIMWAL activity and the configuration?

    Also, what error are you experiencing?

    i ended up finding an article that seems to solve my issue

    it involves creating a ressource, not sure if it is the best way to do it though
