Hi,

I am facing an issue with one of machine where the client installed successfully but its shows only 2 actions (machine and user policy evaluation cycle). I ensured that there is no communication issues between from client machine and MP. All the necessary ports are opened from client to site servers and MP. I noticed error "bgb client agent is disabled" and not communicating with MP from ccmnotification.log file. I don't see any issues with other machines which are in the same subnet. No errors in IIS logs. I did clean reinstallation and wmi rebuild but nothing helps. Could you please advice on this issue.

What exact what boundaries do you have define (IP Ranges only I hope)? Exact what is the IP and subnet mask of the computer?

Verify if the client certificate status on SCCM console, if its none, try the below steps

Delete C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA\MachineKeys or C:\Users\All Users\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA\MachineKeys folder and restart the ccmexec service and wait for 15 min

    Restart SMS Agent host service

The client certificate will change from none to self signed and machine starts communicating to the management point
