Azure Initial SQL Replication (publication/subscription) Charges

We are new to Azure and set up a single SQL server/database under the Basic plan. We are planning to replicate four tables to this instance that have combined about 700,000 records (about 360MB). I could not find any information on what the charges would be (if any) to complete this initial replication. Any information would be appreciated.

    However, depending upon the storage consumed by the ingress data and on further DTU consumption, Azure SQL Database will be charged.
