I find wierd characters in registry

Hello.
I find some wierd items in my registry.
Is did useless to have there? Shudl i delete it?
I don't know if it's from virus or what??.

After my research, it seems the wired characters in registry is related to browser or browser plugin, you can try to check it on this machine.
