Need to click on "confirm I have an eligible Windows 10 license with multi-tenant hosting rights. Please confirm" while deploying the windows 10 VM on Azure

I need to deploy a window10 VM for some task and when I selected the image, I need to select " confirm I have an eligible Windows 10 license with multi-tenant hosting rights". I am not sure of this option and didn't proceeded. What does this options means. And how can I deploy windows 10 version 1809

Client OS licenses have never been available as part of the VM price in Azure, only Server licenses. If you wish to use Windows 10 VM's you will need to bring your own licenses. You need Windows 10 Enterprise E3/E5 per user or Windows Virtual Desktop Access per user (User Subscription Licenses or Add-on User Subscription Licenses), Multitenant Hosting Rights for Windows 10 licenses.
