Remote Desktop for MacOS fails to update.

Question

The Microsoft Remote Desktop app keeps failing to update from the App Store on Big Sur.

I found this message in the install.log

PackageKit: Install Failed: Error Domain=PKInstallErrorDomain Code=123 "The update was canceled because the application integrity could not be verified." Seems to indicate an issue with the integrity of the package, but that seems unlikely.
Has anyone else encountered this issue?
If so, is there a solution or workaround.

which version of Microsoft Remote Desktop you are downloading ? Is it Version 10.6.3 ?

Microsoft Remote Desktop eventually updated successful. I'm not sure why.

Recently I've found many postS related with Mac Remote desktop, on April they have even up to five updates. So I suspect this would be version problem.
