Unable to log in to app as a different user.

I'm building an electron app and using Azure AD oauth2.0 with auth code flow.
I can log into the app using my account, but when I try to log in using another account, it skips the screen where I would usually enter a password and logs me in as my account, even though I entered a different account on the sign in screen.
Can anyone help me understand why it's doing this?
I don't understand why I'm being forced to add tags to this post... I don't know what to tag this question as.
