SQL Server Graph Database for an EAV model

Question

I have to build a solution for a dynamic form builder on a large scale where users can define data entry screens on the fly and start doing data entry (EDC). The EAV model is typically used in this scenario such as for clinical research. I'm not real excited about the scalability or reporting complexities related to EAV and am looking for better options. Would the SQL Server Graph Database be suitable for this. I realize reporting would still be challenging but it seems like it might have some promise.

Any recommendations for this?
