After checking the Microsoft Visual Studio 2019 Licensing document,
If you are an individual developer, you can use Visual Studio Community to create your own free or paid apps. But please clarify that the “non-commercial projects” is belong to “your own” or “your company” in a work PC.
If you are in an organization, it is noted that “An unlimited number of users within an organization can use Visual Studio Community for the following scenarios: in a classroom learning environment, for academic research, or for contributing to open source projects.”.
I suppose you should check if your projects are open source projects or not.
If there is a need, I recommend you install and use the Visual Studio Community on your personal computer.
