Skype for business meeting certificate

If using external access dialin.domain.com , it connect to reserve proxy and the 3rd trust certificate can display normal.
If using internal to access dialin.domain.com , it show tls 1.0 or 1.1 error, using internal windows CA with SHA2. The browse show warning is "your conection is not fully secure, ERR_SSL_OBSOLETE_VERSION"

Any suggestion?
Internal certificate change to use 3rd certificate?

    The root cause for your situation should be TLS 1.0 and TLS1.1 support is being deprecated by Microsoft. Your environment needs to upgrade your software and hardware to use TLS 1.2.
