Update Exch2016 to CU20 at the same time?

We have two Exchange 2016 servers at different builds. I need to get them both to CU20 and then apply KB5001779. I'll have a wide maintenance window to do this and it'll be OK for email to be offline. This will be after hours and I'm not concerned about access to email. Can I apply CU20 at the same time or do I need to do one, reboot it, then apply the other, and reboot it? I'd like to do the CU20 update concurrently then reboot and then do the KB5001779 update concurrently then reboot. Is this OK?

Yes, if you are ok with the downtime, then apply at the same time.
Ensure you have good backups if these are not in a DAG cluster.

The only reason to somewhat space it out is if you are worried about encountering any issues and want to update one at time.
Technically, otherwise, there is no reason you can't
