SharePoint Designer 2013 and custom pages on SharePoint Online

Hi all,

I have used ShareGate to migrate some SP2010 lists to SPO and a look column is not displaying as the forms have not come across at all so seem to be corrupt. I have tried to rebuild the forms in SPD2013 and although it worked for the account I did the work they will not display for anyone else. It seems that the pages are now "customised" and I cannot check them back in. If I undo the check out it reverts it back to a previous version of the page and I lose everything again. Any help would be appreciated as this is a very frustrating issue.

Could you please describe how this look up column does not work? Does the issue appear in the list or only when it is added to the page? What kind of modification did you make to this form?

In fact, ShareGate is a third-party tool which we cannot provide support for it. However we will try our best to provide help for issues in SharePoint. You could also seek help from the third-party supplier.

Hi @Elsie Lu_MSFT

The issue is with the forms not being migrated or corrupting on migration. I have not made any changes to these and I believe that the original list , although has a lot of columns has not been either. When I copy across the list structure and contents it does not work. I understand you cannot support ShareGate I am trying to understand with SPD2013 how I can possibly "check in" or allow customisations to the forms to get rid if the issue.

I am currently trying to rebuild the list from scratch in SPO so that I can try and just migrate content otherwise.
