Wait. you installed an image with the CM client installed? Was the image sysprep'ed?

I am facing the following problem. I am installing Windows from an image in which the sccm agent was installed and now these computers are not displayed in the report. What do I need to do to make them appear? What is the problem?

2021-04-22T16:40:49.3+00:00 That's right :( The employee who made this image has distributed it to many devices (Sysprep was) So we are trying to figure out how to fix this so that they start showing up in the Hardware inventory report.

2021-04-22T17:30:54.007+00:00 So you need to fix the sysprep issue BEFORE working on HW inventory. this will mean that you have to clean up the dup GUID and Cert, etc. once that is done you should more or let automatically clean up the HW inv at the same time. if not force a FULL HW inv.

Thanks for posting in Microsoft MECM Q&A forum.
SCCM report is not a real-time tool, it may be sometime delay. How long has the client been installed? May we know which report you are using?
Please help check the InventoryAgent.log, CcmNotificationAgent.log and Locationservices.log to see if the client is alive and can communicate with site systems.
