I read the article. (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/troubleshoot/windows-server/networking/integrate-windows-dns-into-existing-dns-namespace)

Can you use MS clients with another Directory service OR can you remove a MS DNS altogether within an area and fully replace with another DNS server within an area with some clients and applications that are currently using AD or MS DNS?
