    If you do not want to troubleshoot the crash and only want to backup important files this can be accomplished using a GUI:

    On a working computer create:

    a bootable Ubuntu flash drive:

    You can retrieve data by using data recovery application.

    @tang eric
    Hi,
    Firstly, make sure you have the correct BitLocker password and recovery key.
    Finding your BitLocker recovery key in Windows 10
    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/finding-your-bitlocker-recovery-key-in-windows-10-6b71ad27-0b89-ea08-f143-056f5ab347d6
    If your system cannot run, you could remove your Encrypted SSD drive and install it to another Windows 10 Computer running Win 10 Pro(Guaranteed to be the same or higher than the previous Windows version), where you can use your BitLocker Password to open your C:\ Drive and retrieve all your Data.
    Following this I would suggest that you remove the BitLocker lock from your SSD drive and re-install it back to your re-install Computer.

    To remove the BitLocker from your Drive, go to Control Panel > BitLocker Drive Encryption and select/click your SSD Drive and then select the 6th Option 'Turn Off BitLocker'

    Additional References
    Unlocks a BitLocker-protected drive by using a recovery password or a recovery key.

    Hope above information can help you.
