We have changed the firewall with another brand and model and seems that the problem is fixed. I hope It works.
diagnose intermittent internet connection problems, actually there is internet access windows 10
Hello everyone,
I'm head of IT in my company and we have some strange problems with 3 PC in our network.
In our network we have more than 20 PC, but only 3 PC have the same problem.
During the day in intermittent way they can't connection with browser, mail or other programs on internet, but the PC sign us that there is internet connection.
This problem during just few minuts, but It repeats a lot of time during (one hundred or more) the day.
All PC have windows 10 pro.
We can try:
-replace the firewall (with tha same model Firewall Zyxel USG60)
-reset the PC
-reinstall windows
-replace the modem
-replace the entire cables system
-replace the PC (but with the same hard disk)
-when the users can't use internet services, we can ping Google and It works
-when the users can't use internet services, there is interent connection
We have IP like 192.168.x.xx
However the problems continues for the same PC.
The problems start when we changed the internet provider and we switched to ftth fiber connection with phones in Voip.
I don't know what to do. Could you help me please?
Thank you
Best Regards
Bertazzoli Nicola

how do the 3 PCs connect to the internet, via LAN or WI-FI? Go to Device Manager> network adapters select your network adapter in use, click on the Power Management tab, uncheck the checkbox: Allow the computer to turn off the device to save power. Click on the Advanced tab and disable any option concerning energy saving For ethernet network cards, disable Energy Efficient Ethernet (EEE), Green Ethernet etc. -

Thanks for posting in Q&A platform.
I would suggest you could update your network driver to the latest version to see if the issue still existed.
Or you could run Network Adapter Trouble shooter
Open Control Panel.
Type troubleshooting in the search box and then press enter.
Click Network and Internet and run Network Adapter Troubleshooter.
